I like the Mac Pro as a concept,. but as an execution I think it's been horribly defunct for many years. Not disappointed to read @markgurman@mastodon.social latest that it's fallow. Apple's made it clear that there's no business for the expansion crowd - buy a PC and hook it up with the OS of your choice, but it *ain't* gonna be a Mac.

Good to know #Apple doesn’t give a toss about bricking devices. Clearly visual effects are more important.

It's not an Apple 2, it's a Wombat!
Apple's lawsuit against the company that sold this machine ended up going all the way to the High Court.
And Apple lost!
