Saying No and refusing to use unethical tools and platforms can be a powerful way to protest.
Do not minimize the power you have by refusing to participate.
Them: "AI is here to stay whether you like it or not. What are you going to do, not use it at all?"

Really interesting teen subculture: straightedge #noAI art kids. (They're developing IT skills just to turn off or avoid "AI" slop—this gives me hope for the future)
For a lot of these kids (I've also heard them called the "AI vegans") a big college decision is coming up. And colleges, unfortunately, have middle managers who mandate fad-chasing just as much as other organizations do.
